Villa One

Imani One is a single-storey 2-bedroom villa comprised of two thatched pavilions positioned around a 5 x 8 meter lap pool within a walled courtyard garden. As guests enter the garden, they will traverse an ornamental pond, complete with lilies and bubbling water features in twin pots; the pond links the pool and the open-air living pavilion.

Stepping stones lead across a pebbled pathway, and an outdoor rain shower is located within a walled area to one side, where there is also a bench seat. A timber sundeck extends from the pool to the sleeping pavilion, there are two sun beds, and the pretty garden is planted with palms, frangipani trees, spider lilies and heliconia.

Living & Dining Pavilion

The open-sided living and dining pavilion features a soaring ‘alang alang’ thatched roof supported by pillars above a black terrazzo floor. Ceiling fans and gentle breezes keep this area cool. Rectangular in shape, the pavilion is tastefully furnished with a deeply cushioned modern sofa in light brown tones, a two-tiered oval coffee table, an arching chrome standard lamp, and a wooden cabinet housing a satellite TV and DVD player.

There is also a circular dining table with four chairs, and a powder room with toilet and washbasin is situated to one side. The pavilion also integrates an open-plan kitchen located behind an L-shaped black terrazzo bar with an eye-catching metallic mosaic façade. The kitchen is equipped with a six-burner gas hob, a refrigerator, and a good range of utensils. The pavilion is fitted with bamboo blinds, which can be dropped for privacy and shade.

Bedrooms

The two self-contained bedrooms, with their en-suite garden bathrooms, are housed within a single-storey building, which runs the length of the pool. The air-conditioned bedrooms are mirror images of each other, each accessed by a set of double glass doors, and each measuring 5x5 square meters, with a cool cream terrazzo floor and large windows that admit plenty of natural light. Each is furnished with a king-size bed with matching bedside cabinets in dark wood, a desk and a chair. Each is equipped with a TV with local channels, a safe deposit box, ceiling fans, and tea & coffee making facilities.

Frosted glass doors connect the bedrooms with the en-suite garden bathrooms, where there is a small dressing area complete with fitted wardrobes with woven wood skin doors, full length mirrors and storage units. The garden bathrooms are typical of the romantic Bali style. Each bathroom boasts an oversized cream terrazzo bathtub within a sunny open-air space surrounded by high walls for privacy, and planted with lush tropical foliage. The pebble wash floors are non-slip. The bathtub, toilet, wall mirror and vanity unity, compete with white porcelain washbowl, in each bathroom, are sheltered from the elements by a flat roof, with a wooden pergola-style canopy over each bathtub supported by four posts. Finally, the powerful showers, each with rain shower heads, offer a truly alfresco experience.

Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) by private car.

• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.

• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.

• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.

• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
